The location of this venue is central, right in the heart of the town, making everything easily accessible during my 2-night stay where I enjoyed breakfast at the à la carte restaurant.

What a magical Christmas experience! The snow suits, boots, and gloves provided by the hotel were top quality and kept us warm throughout the activities. The reindeer ride and husky rides were unique and unforgettable experiences. The hotel's location near the airport was great for an easy arrival. We also loved the friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic with a lot of people trying to fit in. , the shower in our room tended to get the whole bathroom wet.

We had initially booked an Economy room, but upon arrival, we realized it was overpriced and of bad quality. However, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They immediately changed our room to a new one, which was much better in terms of quality and comfort. The receptionist even went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Good facility with everthing you need near by. Family friendly staff, and food at the restaurants were quite good. However, breakfast was so so.

It's perfectly located in the heart of the area, right next to the beautiful National Park. , the ambiance can't be beaten with a relaxing fire area for guests to enjoy. The room was clean with comfortable bathroom facilities. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the friendly staff were attentive. the pool and sauna were well-maintained with modern facilities.

The restaurant options are limited but sufficient.

Although it was unlucky of us not to have winter and snow season even as of the beginning of November this year, hotel staffs were very kind and informative, and spa facility was nice. Bus station was 1 minute walk from the hotel, from which we can access to Ivalo Airport in 30 minutes.

The hotel was quite suitable for families, especially with the convenience of having a water park right on site. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to many attractions and easy to find. the hotel offered free parking which was really convenient for those who have rented cars.

The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of the food options offered as it lacked variety and quality. The rooms were also quite outdated and in some cases, not clean or well-maintained.
